Kahlua Cake

I just made this tonight....my little boy wanted to make a cake....he loves to help in the kitchen. This recipe is a one-bowl quick dessert that everyone will want the recipe for! I usually make it a day ahead because it tastes even better the 2nd day!

Kahlua Cake
1 Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
1 small box Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 12 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
1 pint Sour Cream
2 Eggs
1/4 c. Oil
1/2 c. Kahlua
Mix all ingredients by hand just until moistened. It will be very thick. Spoon into greased/floured bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Do Not Overbake!

Tonight I didn't have vanilla pudding on hand so I used Chocolate. I use whatever chips I have on hand - dark, semi-sweet or milk chocolate. I usually use lite sour cream. Any kind of chocolate cake mix also works fine. It's even more heavenly if you frost it with a Basic Ganache!
